Stephanie specialises in Financial Life Planning, helping clients gain clarity on what truly matters and building plans that support the lives they want to live. With over 25 years of experience across New York and London, she takes a personal, client-first approach.

She works with individuals, families, business owners and city professionals, building long-term partnerships rooted in trust and clear communication. She is passionate about making financial advice more accessible, particularly for those who may have felt overlooked.

Outside of work, Stephanie enjoys time with her family and has a love of travel, museums, art exhibitions, skiing and the opera.

Soji Ajayi

Principal and Senior Financial Planner

Soji has worked in financial services since 1992 and founded SA Financial Solutions in 2010. In 2026, he partnered with Söderberg & Partners Financial Planning to enhance the firm’s technology and investment oversight.

His approach centres on helping clients define clear objectives, utilise tax-efficient structures and build well-diversified portfolios. A firm believer in long-term thinking, he works to ensure clients spend more of their lives doing what genuinely matters to them.

Outside of work, Soji is a keen cyclist and skier, enjoys time with his family, and still quietly harbours the hope of representing Nigeria at the Winter Olympics.

Hayley Crofts

Office Manager

Hayley brings over a decade of experience in financial services to her role as Practice Manager, overseeing daily operations and ensuring everything runs smoothly and in line with regulatory requirements.

Before entering financial services, she spent over 12 years in international corporate event management, delivering high-profile events across the globe — a background that gives her a calm, solutions-focused mindset and sharp organisational skills.

Outside of work, Hayley enjoys travelling, good food and country walks. Much of her spare time is spent poolside at swimming events or on rugby sidelines, cheering on her two teenage children.

Pam Sidhu

Senior Administrator

Pam began her career supporting the European Financial Director of a Fortune 500 corporation, developing the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with strong organisation and attention to detail.

She takes pride in being reliable, proactive and adaptable, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office. Her practical approach means she adapts comfortably to shifting priorities whilst maintaining a steady, professional attitude.

Outside of work, Pam values quality time with her two grown-up children and enjoys travelling, dining out and staying active, making it to the gym three times a week and long walks whenever the weather allows.
